Help with logging in

I'm afraid the answer to this one is a bit long as there may be quite a few reasons why you can't log in but bear with it and hopefully something below will solve your problem.

Are you perhaps trying to log onto the Recruiter section of our site? If so, please try logging into the Job Hunter section via this method:

  1. Go to the RecruitConstruction Homepage
  2. Select the 'My Recruit Construction' button that is located at the top of the screen.
  3. Enter your email address and password.
  4. Select the Login button.

Are you using the correct email address and password when logging in? To receive a password reminder, please use this link.

It could be due to a possible problem caused by your temporary internet files. To fix this you need to:

  1. Be in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options on the Tools menu.
  2. Under the heading Temporary Internet Files, click on Delete Files.
  3. Once the operation is complete, click on Delete Cookies.
  4. Under the heading History, click on Clear History.
  5. Click on OK.
  6. You will now need to close all internet windows you have open and shut down your internet browser.
  7. Reopen your internet browser, log back onto Jobsite and the log in problem should be cleared.
